Select one of the following to do:

1. Write a report about the Louisiana Purchase. Why was it important to the United States?
2. Write a report about Sacajawea. Do you think it strange that she came on the journey? Share with your class some of the interesting things about her life. Do you think she is a heroine? Would you have liked being Sacajawea? Why or why not?
3. Write a report about Lewis and Clark. Make a map of their route, and describe their journey? Share with your class some of the interesting things about their trip. Do you think they were heroes? Would you have liked to be a part of their adventure? Why or why not?
