Overview:
This lesson plan teaches students about Geographic Processes and the Visible Landscape.

Procedure:
Visit the Historical Geography Photograph Archive and tour the views linked from the main numbered map. Select 5 views. For each one describe what you are looking at, then discuss what you think the main influences where in creating the landscape (such as flooding, volcanic flows, drought, anthropogenic influences, etc.). Justify your answers.
